There are no “lone rangers” in God’s kingdom. The Bride of Christ will not be dismembered. Consequently, God carefully orchestrates the lives of individuals for their unity and fellowship. Make no mistake about it: God has carefully positioned just the right people in your spheres of influence to join your adventure.
As a leader in the workplace, you are commissioned to make disciples, teaching them to observe all that Jesus Christ has commanded you (Matthew 28:18-20).
The secular workplace has a similar process, called “building teams”. In the kingdom of God, the impact exceeds all we can think or imagine.
Without an emphasis on making disciples, your mission in the workplace will lack power and impact. Jesus has both promised to be with you in the endeavor and prayed to His Father in heaven that you and your team would be unified for the task at hand (John 17:21-23). Furthermore, the Holy Spirit will guide you and transform your team into a mission ready platoon. Commit to the transformation of your spheres of influence and you will see the glory of God in the good work He has created for you to walk in (Matthew 5:16; Ephesians 2:10).
But where do you start? That’s where we come in – to help you develop and execute a training plan for those God has entrusted to your influence. We provide disciple making resources God has used us to develop, and we are not hesitant to recommending resources developed by others. Our primary objective the encouragement, edification, and equipping of you and your team for the adventure God has planned.
We also train and speak in church and corporate settings on topics related to workplace missions for those leaders desiring to cast a broader net into their faith and corporate communities.
